Daniel Piršč studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague and now he teaches in the studio of pottery and porcelain at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. It is one of the leading Czech designers and he dedicates himself exclusively to the creation of porcelain. In 2005, he founded his own small factory for porcelain series, where he specializes in new, innovative technological processes in the production of porcelain. Daniel Piršč´s studio aims to become the center of the European porcelain design and it offers numerous workshops and symposia.
